 Arty Coppes, founder of Coppes Coaching and Consulting, is an executive coach and facilitator. For more than 9 years, Arty has coached over 200 leaders, mid level management and teams at organizations, corporations and leading medical centers.

During her coaching engagements, clients are invited to reflect on and define any issues at hand as well as barriers for growth, through a series of targeted questions. Ryan Kineshanko, President & Performance Trainer at Build Corporate Performance Training. Ryan combines hands-on Sr. Team Leadership experience with leading training & development methods. Ryan knows what it takes to build and lead a team towards a goal. His practical experience includes managing law enforcement teams, training & development teams, sports teams, and large scale project teams. He has lead tactical teams into hostile environments, unit teams at "super max" jails, athletic teams into high-level competition, and numerous project teams.

I am passionate about propelling individuals to success by supporting them to look within, and to lead from where they stand. Cheryl is an executive coach and human resource consultant, with over 17 years of experience in strategic Human Resource, who helps clients discover their passions, enhance self-awareness, and commit to action.

Evonne is passionate and committed to achieving coaching excellence with each client.  Her coaching philosophy is one of partnership and includes mutual learning, appreciative inquiry and empowerment for high performance. The focus of her coaching practice is leadership development, change management and team effectiveness.  She is a seasoned coach, facilitator and trainer with experience in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

My leadership journey started over 20 years ago as a wilderness guide and outdoor leadership instructor. I formalized my training through graduate studies at the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) in 1996. I believe my role as a coach is to help individuals and teams tap into their capacity to move towards desired outcomes and to help reframe perceived obstacles into learning challenges.
