Christine has been training and facilitating for over 15 years. In 2009 she founded Impact People Practices.com and currently works with organizations who demonstrate commitment to developing leadership capacity at all levels. Leading with a "coach-approach" is a big passion of Christine's. Christine delivers the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills internally for organizations and also runs open workshops. In addition, she works closely with clients to ensure maximum engagement at ALL stages of the employee life cycle, through project work, motivational speaking and custom training.
