Loie Unwin

Loie has spent over 35 years managing teams and events in a variety of industries and non-profit organizations. With training from Royal Roads University she has added Certified Executive Coach to her resume, adding their techniques to her own innate coaching ability. Loie has also achieved the ACC level of accreditation from the International Coach Federation.

With experience in areas such as telecommunications, municipal government, property management and the retail industry, Loie has developed operational and strategic plans and built relationships and teams to deliver on those plans. As a Facilitator and Business Coach Loie uses a coach approach in every aspect of her work and has a passion for helping others to achieve their own success. Loie has helped her clients move themselves and their organizations forward by working on the skills of planning, listening, teamwork, coaching, goal setting and accountability. One step at a time – one foot in front of the other - her clients have achieved new levels of success and satisfaction.
