At Coaching Out of the Box® we hold the highest standards for training and resourcing our licensed trainers. Most of our licensed trainers are professionally trained coaches who have gone through the rigor of an accredited coach training program with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and many have gone on to become certified coaches with the ICF. For those who have not been trained as a professional coach, they have gone through the rigor of our extended coach training program at Coaching Out of the Box®. Our extended coach training program was developed by architects of the professional competency and certification system for the International Coach Federation that has been used worldwide for over ten years and has been the standard of excellence within the coaching profession. We feel confident that any licensed trainer you bring into your organization will be well equipped to train transferrable coaching skills to people in your organization with the highest standards found in the coaching industry.
