LINGOs Testimonial - 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™

 The volunteer trainers have been engaging, innovative and effective across many cultures, languages and time zones. As one of our first participants, a physician trainer from Nigeria said, “Coaching Out of the Box®” can sharpen any coach's skill in any walk of life. The content was useful, and I started using the concepts immediately after the first session.”

In the first 18 months of collaboration with LINGOs, the Coaching Out of the Box® volunteer trainers have used the Blackboard Collaborate virtual classroom platform to connect by voice and video with about 250 people from 37 countries including all six inhabited continents. They’ve helped build the coaching skills to managers and individuals who provide emergency relief to survivors of natural and political disasters; those who work with communities in the distant parts of Africa, Asia and Latin America to promote child welfare and human rights; to improve health care; to provide water and sanitation; to promote financial sustainability of women, men and families to work with communities to improve agricultural practices to improve yields and protect the environment. -Marian Abernathy, Director, Member Services & Communications, LINGOs (www.LINGOs.org)
