Coaching Fundamentals™ Program

The Coaching Fundamentals™ Program offered through COOB is an excellent opportunity to delve deeper into the coaching model over time. the once a week webinar worked for my schedule and the timing invigorated me for my day. I wanted to go out and practice my new skills. The expert facilitators were practical, supportive and inclusive. Their genuine passion with coaching came through and was effective in moving a virtual class to success.

The sessions were the highlight of my week. I communicate differently now. Taking the course encouraged me to question my values around my belief in others-people really do have the best solutions. I have never taken a coaching course and I wondered what I could learn in the virtual setting and in such a compressed time frame. The Coaching Out of the Box® program, 'Coaching Fundamentals™' was a gift to me as I participated. I not only learned how to be a coach, I also benefitted from coaching for the challenges I am facing in my life at this time.
