We offer a multi-stage progressive learning track where learners can move from novice to advance coaching skills training in a linear pathway or take individual programs as a stand-alone. This allows learners to custom tailor our programs to their learning needs. Take just one program or take them all for a full 50 hours or more of training.

Stage One

Using Coaching to Lead™

3 hours Live or Virtual Classroom

An introductory program that will help decision makers in organizations learn more about coaching and how it impacts performance. This program is designed to answer whether a coaching initiative is right for your organization. There are no prerequisites for this program.

Stage Two

5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™

12 hours Live or Virtual Classroom

This is our most popular flagship program that builds a solid foundation of basic transferable coaching skills for organizational leaders and managers. Learners will leave this program with highly effective coaching skills that make an immediate impact in their work. There are no prerequisites for this program.

Stage Three

Coaching Fundamentals™

15 hours over 10 weeks of 90 minute classes. Virtual Classroom only.

Coaching Fundamentals™ is a comprehensive coaching skills training program that builds upon the learning from our 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™. It will take participants into a deeper understanding of the core competencies of coaching and equip learners with a richer, hands-on knowledge of a multitude of coaching situations. Prerequisite: 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ or previous coach training from an ICF accredited coach training organization.

Stage Four

Personal Groundwork for Coaching™

8 hours over 8 weeks of one hour classes. Virtual Classroom only.

Personal Groundwork for Coaching™ is a personal examination program that challenges participants to examine their beliefs and decision-making filters for better understanding of how they enhance, impede or even shape their choice of goals and how they achieve them. The program is a structured process designed to achieve the clarity and understanding participants require in order to solve problems, manage emotions and focus their energy and attention in more constructive and effective ways. There are no prerequisites for this program.

Stage Five

Coaching Skills Practicum™

12 hours over 8 weeks of 90 minute classes. Virtual Classroom only.

Participants of this program will refine their coaching skills by coaching others and hearing others coach in a virtual classroom that will be overseen and critiqued by a ICF certified professional coach. The environment will foster real-time learning for those doing the coaching and also for those who will be listening and providing later feedback on what they saw and heard in the coaching. Prerequisites: Any one of the following:
