Coaching Fundamentals™

 I have never taken a coaching course and I wondered what I could learn in the virtual setting and in such a compressed time frame. The Coaching Out of the Box® program, ‘Coaching Fundamentals’ was a gift to me as I participated. In this ten week virtual program participants will learn the core coaching competencies taught to professional certified coaches throughout the world. Coaching demonstrations, case studies and engaging exercises will ensure participants embed the concepts they are learning. All classes are led by ICF Certified Coaches who have extensive coaching experience and coaching educating experience. Participants will leave the program with a deep understanding of effective and powerful coaching as well as reviewed feedback by a professional coach on their actual coaching and comprehension of the competencies. Each class is 90 minutes for ten consecutive weeks. All classes will be recorded in the event participants have to miss a class.
