When it comes to discovering potential, it all begins with a conversation. We all have personal and professional goals. Coaching is a process of inquiry leading to different ways of thinking that help individuals identify the best possible solutions. Barb provides a thinking partnership to help her clients create environments of growth and opportunity and decide what they really want to do.
