Andrew holds a diverse background in education and consulting. Andrew taught in a variety of setting for most of his career, from ESL in inner city California to instructing in Anthropology in the university of St. Petersburg, Russia. Andrew received initial coach training from in 2007. He received training in Coaching Fundamentals and as a Licensed Trainer with Coaching Out of the Box in 2013. He has worked with several teams addressing complex interpersonal and systemic issues. Most notably, he worked with a team of language translators in Burkina Faso, Africa in 2009 to address several critical issues affecting team effectiveness and health. The team continues to remain intact and working effectively. He joined Saskatoon Health Region in 2011 as a Respectful Workplace and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, assisting teams to address difficult and complex issues relating to conflict in the workplace.
