My career as an educator has taken me to a variety of settings including work as a high school teacher in Southern Africa and a First Nations community in northern British Columbia. I have also worked with marginalized adults in the not for profit sector. I have a significant amount of experience in instruction, curriculum development, program planning, and policy development. Increasingly my work involves assisting teams and individuals develop more effective interpersonal relationships with their workmates. Coaching and leadership development are natural adjuncts to this.
