Melissa works as an internal coach and trainer with Saskatoon Health Region in the Organizational Learning & Leadership department.  Melissa has over 11 years of a diverse background in health care human resources and more recently specializes in leadership development. Melissa’s background includes a B. Sc. Kinesiology and is completing a Master of Arts in Leadership at Royal Roads University. She is a LEADS Specialist through the Canadian College for Health Leaders and a Licensed Trainer with Coaching Out of the Box since 2013. Melissa has a passion for leadership and coaching, adult education, training & development and creating a healthy & respectful workplace.
