To date the experience has been transformational. Where in my professional life I have both delivered and developed mentorship and coaching programs I did not have the structure that Coaching Outside the Box provides. I also have a vast respect for the ICF competencies built into the course and have grown in my competencies as a coach. Where I still have more to learn and more growing to do this course has stretched me and will help me aspire to higher levels of coaching delivery and coaching mindset.
