Before applying for an ICF credential, you must achieve a PASS status on a Performance Evaluation. This evaluation is conducted by a qualified ICF Assessor based on TWO recordings you submit of coaching conversations with a real client. A PASS is awarded only to recordings that meet the ICF-defined Minimum Skills Requirements for each specific credential.

In this self-paced course, we will guide you through the ICF criteria, explain how to create an effective recording and suggest a helpful structure. You will also see examples of successful student recordings and have the opportunity to evaluate your own work before submitting it for official evaluation. ACC candidates need to obtain a PASS on ONE recording, while PCC candidates must achieve a PASS on TWO submitted recordings.

The Student Coach Resources hub is a dedicated space tailored to empower aspiring coaches on their academic and professional journey.
