This course is designed for aspiring coaches who are eager to establish themselves in the coaching industry with clarity and confidence. Through two interactive sessions, participants will explore the fundamentals of the coaching profession, define their unique strengths, and create a strategic plan for building a thriving coaching practice.

In Session 1: Coaching as a Career – Finding Your Place in the Industry, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the coaching landscape, including its history, opportunities, and the significance of ICF certification. They will also explore whether coaching is the right path for them and begin identifying their unique niche.

In Session 2: Defining Your UVP & Building Your Coaching Path, participants will refine and articulate their Unique Value Proposition (UVP), develop confidence in communicating their coaching value, and learn how to attract and serve their ideal clients. By the end of the course, they will have a clear action plan for launching or growing their coaching practice.
