If you have trouble going to the farthest reaching idea of yourself in these areas, think instead about the person you don’t or no longer want to be in these areas and choose a word from the list that would be the opposite of that or a better choice for you. After you have completed this page fill out the following page which will help you outline your action plan for supporting the person you have chosen to be in each area.
