Our One-to-One Mentor Coaching Program is designed for coaches seeking personalized, expert feedback to refine their coaching skills and fulfill the ICF’s mentor coaching requirement for ACC (Level 1), PCC (Level 2), or Portfolio path certification. Led by an ICF-credentialed coach, this program ensures you gain the insights, feedback, and support necessary to demonstrate competency at your credentialing level.

What is Mentor Coaching?

According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Mentor Coaching is a professional development process where an experienced coach provides constructive feedback and support, helping you improve in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. The focus is on skill enhancement and mastery, rather than learning new content.

ICF Requirements for Mentor Coaching

ICF requires all ACC (Level 1), PCC (Level 2), and Portfolio path credentialing candidates to complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching before applying for certification. These hours must be completed over a minimum of three months and include:

• Three (3) individual mentor coaching sessions with an ICF-credentialed coach (one-on-one mentoring).
• Seven (7) hours of group mentor coaching, which can also be completed individually.

How Our Mentor Coaching Program Supports You

Our One-to-One Mentor Coaching Program satisfies the one-on-one mentoring requirement, consisting of three personalized mentor coaching sessions with an ICF-credentialed coach. Through these sessions, you will receive in-depth feedback, performance insights, and guidance to refine your skills and prepare for your Performance Evaluation with confidence.

Your One-to-One Mentor Coaching Experience

Your individual mentor coaching sessions take place over six weeks. We recommend scheduling one session every two weeks or less. This structure allows you to receive feedback, apply what you’ve learned, and demonstrate growth before your next session.
