Funso is a non-directive coach and organizational effectiveness professional who designs practical training frameworks, implements performance driven solutions and facilitates strategic leadership programs. He has over 16 year related work experience using a combination of multiple development tools such as coaching, psychometrics and learning needs assessments as a foundation for discoveries.

Funso es licenciado en Filosofía por la Universidad Obafemi Awolowo (Nigeria), posee un máster en Filosofía (Lógica y Ética Empresarial) por la Universidad de Windsor y varias designaciones, entre ellas: ^PROSCI®, Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), IDI Qualified Administrator y MBTI Certified Practitioner. En la actualidad, Funso trabaja para obtener el título de Associate Certified Coach (ACC) de la International Coach Federation.

Funso has a rich cultural exposure working in diverse sectors within North America and Africa, which includes (but are not limited to) transportation and logistics, retail and sales, banking, oil and gas, education, engineering and telecommunications, Healthcare and Government Administration. In the last few years, funso has been involved in various Organizational projects at different levels of knowledge and competencies.
