As the principal of Thinking Partners Inc and serving as a senior associate with a select group of consulting firms, Danae’s clients have experienced growth and advancements through one-on-one coaching, culture change, leadership development, and progressive people practices.
A Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with a background as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) (recently retired from her CHRP designation of over 20 years), Danae brings over 25 years of experience in progressive people practices, leadership development, organizational culture design, and executive coaching. Prior to starting her own company, she worked as a Vice President of People Development with a large world leader in resort operations and real estate development. At the helm of People Development, Danae managed a major company reorganization that transitioned the structure of a large real estate company with offices in Canada, the USA, and Europe. Her experience in senior leadership, executive coaching, customized facilitation, people development, and culture change consulting serves as a unique and strong foundation for working with leaders and organizations in both the public and private sectors across multiple industries and types of organizations.
Known for the inspirational power of her insights and ability to ask provoking questions, Danae partners with clients to surface higher levels of self-awareness, identifying tangible areas of refinement for greater impact and presence.
