The Fast Track to ICF Credential program bundles two crucial parts — FAST Education and Certification TRACK. Together these cover the education hours, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation required to earn an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

FAST Education provides the needed ICF approved Coach-Specific-Education hours, plus 7 hours of Group[ Mentor Coaching AND 3 hours of one-to-one Mentor Coaching. Typically, can be completed in around six months. You graduate from this part as a COTBx (Coaching Out of the Box) Certified Graduate Coach.

Certification TRACK provides the guidance to obtain the required 100 hours of documented coaching experience, plus the creation of a recording and transcript of your coaching required for the Performance Evaluation submission to one of our ICF trained Assessors. We help you fill in and complete the detailed online application and complete submission to the ICF.

Completion of our Fast Track to ICF Credential program, provides 116.9 hours of ICF Accredited Coach-Specific-Education AND a designation of having completed an ICF Level 1 Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), which is needed to apply for your credential.

TRAINING FORMAT

All Programs are led by Coaching Out of the Box® ICF Credentialed Coaches with vast knowledge of coaching and delivery experience with the programs who can offer a wide perspective of best practices, tips, and techniques.

The programs are delivered in our live online classroom. The classes are highly interactive and provide plenty of time for questions and sharing among learners. Each class is 90 minutes long and classes will be recorded and can be accessed at any time from a computer if participants cannot make the scheduled class time.

All programs are loaded onto our student portal giving you all of your course content in one easy location. Access to this is granted for 2 years from the start of the Fast Track program, giving you all of the study tools at your fingertips including course recordings, quizzes, mock exams and so much more. This program is designed for those who are not looking to pursue their ACC accreditation but who are looking to further their coach education and knowledge.

CERTIFICATION Track (ICF Level 1 Completion)

Are you a Coaching Out of the Box® Certified Graduate Coach well on your way to completing your experience hours and now ready to apply to ICF for your ACC? The Certification Track is a course that is specifically designed to take the guesswork out of applying for your ACC. This program has two modules:

Module 6: Credentialing Success Course
Module 7: Credentialing Assessment Prep Class (CAP)

Once finished this will give you the full completion certificate of a Level 1 ICF Accredited Coaching Education Program along with 116.9 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education for segments 1 - 7 of the Coaching Out of the Box® Coach Approach to Leadership Series™ including passing the ACC performance evaluation assessment.

International Coaching Federation (ICF) LEVEL 1 Approved Programs All Programs in the Fast Track to ICF Credential package are part of our Coach Approach to Leadership Series™ which is approved by the ICF as a Level 1 Program and the participant is awarded 115.15 hours of ICF accredited coach-specific education. By completing the Fast EDUCATION students will be awarded 96 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education and a partial Level 1. Once a student has completed the Fast Education & Certification Track to make up the whole Fast Track they will have completed the approved coach-specific training hour requirements for the ICF Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC).
