Meet Our Founder: Alison Hendren, MCC

As an Executive Coach and Coaching Educator since 1996, Alison has seen the transformative power of coaching in maximizing the full potential of people. Passionate about what coaching can do and how it can affect every aspect of how we live, work, and communicate, Alison's vision is that EVERYONE learns how to coach.
To realize that vision, she created Coaching Out of the Box®, and in that time over 55,000 people in 38-plus countries have experienced the Flagship 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training Program™. She has been at the forefront of embracing technology as another way for people to learn coaching via robust virtual classrooms since 2008.

Aaron Tremblett, PCC
PCCAaron Tremblett is a dedicated coach with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve growth. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the ICF and is also a certified diversity coach. After 17 years in Corrections, Aaron transitioned in 2021 to focus on delivering leadership training and coaching across the public sector. With expertise in both one-on-one and group coaching, Aaron is known for his humor, compassion, and leadership.
Ana María Arbelaez, PCC
PCCAna María is an Executive, Team, and Ontological Coach, PCC accredited by the ICF, with over 27 years of corporate leadership experience in senior roles within the banking and academic sectors and more than 13 years as a certified professional coach. She partners with executives, leaders, and teams worldwide to transform strategic vision into clear priorities and sustainable results. She coaches in both English and Spanish.
Ann Fogolin, MCC
MCCA coach since 2004, Ann partners with talented executives and people in transition who are dissatisfied with their current level of success and are looking for "something more." Her practice includes clients from a wide variety of backgrounds at all levels of professional seniority, with a focus on increasing personal development, managing career development, and honing leadership skills.

MCSCarolyn is a proud Indigenous woman who brings her vibrant spirit, authenticity, and professionalism as a highly engaging public speaker and naturally gifted coach. She holds a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation and is a PCC. A Coach Educator, Mentor Coach, and Licensed Trainer of the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ since 2009, Carolyn has been acknowledged as a Thought Leader on Coaching Competencies by the ICF since 2017.
Cathy Gretzinger, PCC
PCCMCSCathy is a Certified Executive and Diversity Coach. She holds a PCC accreditation and is certified as a Mentor Coach through the ICF. With over 30 years of public sector leadership experience and 15 years of Executive Coaching experience, Cathy believes that coaching can empower leaders at all levels. In her role as a Mentor Coach, she works with other coaches to encourage, build confidence, and develop their coaching competencies.

MCCMCSDebbie Crouse, founder of Danest Enterprises, is an MCC-certified coach, seasoned speaker, dynamic training facilitator, and professional mentor coach. Her approach to both business and life is deliberately strategic yet simple. Recognized by those familiar with her, Debbie coaches in alignment with her lifestyle — marked by curiosity, courage, and compassion. Dedicated to helping individuals flourish into competent, respected, and joyful superstars who approach each day with enthusiasm.
Gisela Wilhelm, PCC
PCCGisela is a Professional Certified Coach, Executive Coach, and dedicated mentor and coach educator. She brings years of experience supporting leaders around the world and is deeply committed to helping emerging coaches grow with confidence, authenticity, and clarity. Having lived and worked in several countries, she now calls Mexico home. She coaches fluently in Spanish, English, and German.
Jan Salisbury, MCC
MCCMCSJan is a master certified coach, team coach, and coach educator with over 35 years of experience in the corporate and public sectors. She works with CEOs, executives, and leaders to leverage their strengths, understand their blind spots, and focus on their North Star. She has been a Vistage CEO Chair and co-founder of Leaders Who Coach®, and recently published Leaders Who Coach: The Road Map To Unleashing Team Genius.
Joanne Peck, PCC
PCCMCSJoanne achieved her PCC credential with the ICF in 2020 and has been coaching full-time since 2017. Through her business Original HMSV Coaching, she offers Personal Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Mentor Coaching, and various Leadership and Personal development programs. A passionate life-long learner, Joanne is also a Coach Educator and Mentor Coach delivering ICF-approved coaching skills training programs.

He draws on extensive experience in adult and higher education, health systems, and the arts. She produces and hosts the podcast "Central Line: Leadership in Healthcare," the ultimate resource for emerging and current leaders in healthcare.

Miriam Cheuk, MCC
MCCMCSMiriam has been a Professional Coach since 2007 and is the founder of Empowerment Coaching MC LLC. She holds the MCC, ACTC, and Mentor Coaching Specialization (MCS) credentials from the ICF, with specializations in Leadership, Executive, and Team Coaching. As an ICF Mentor Coach, Miriam supports coaches at the ACC, PCC, and MCC levels, helping them deepen their coaching presence and strengthen their alignment with ICF Core Competencies.
Nigel Clayton, MCC
MCCMCSNigel is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) with ICF Mentor Coach Specialization credentials for ACC, PCC, and MCC. He has been coaching for over 25 years, has been an entrepreneur for over 40 years, and is also a retired C.P.A. He believes masterful coaching is about Focus and Awareness — being Authentic, Intuitive, and Skillful all at the same time.

MCCNicole is a Master Certified Coach, mentor coach, facilitator, and educator with over 25 years of leadership experience in the corporate and public sectors. She works with executives and leaders throughout North America primarily in the healthcare, engineering, and tech industries. She coaches individuals and teams and mentors coaches helping them to create the best impact in their fields. Nicole holds an MSc from Kings College, London, and is a PhD candidate.

Stanley J. Ward, PCC
PCCDr. Stan Ward is a leadership coach, educator, and speaker with over 20 years of experience in education, ministry, and organizational development. As the founder of Influence Coaching, he helps high-performing leaders lead well without burning out, using a research-based model focused on values, communication, and sustainable change. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and PCC credential. He has worked with leaders at NASA, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and the University of Texas system.
Stephanie Tait, MCC
MCCLeveraging first-hand leadership and business operating experience as a former Managing Director, and ICF PCC credential since 2010, Stephanie supports senior-level professionals to thrive at work. Her experiences range from working as a Senior Consultant for Oliver Wanner and Deloitte, to successfully leading a global corporate consulting firm's turnaround during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is a structured, goal and action-oriented coach.
Susan Merli, MCC
MCCMCSSusan is the CEO and Founder of Authentika Consulting and Authentika Psychotherapy, where she leads an executive coaching practice focused on leadership development, coaching, and recruitment, primarily within the public sector. She holds an MCC designation through the ICF and is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, internationally accredited assessment practitioner, and evidence-based coach. With over 30 years of experience, Susan partners with organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Todd Sinclair, PCC
PCCTodd is a highly motivated leader, facilitator, and coach with broad-based experience across industries and levels. He is deeply committed to helping people grow and reach their full potential. With a business degree, an ICF PCC certification, and expertise as a Master Trainer in the DISC Model of Human Behaviour, Todd believes that people have the ability to achieve more in their lives, work, and relationships.

Merv Rogers, MCC
Director of Coaching
Merv Rogers, MCC is our Chief Coaching Officer and not only brings his passion for people but his love of coaching. You might find Merv as your substitute coach facilitator during one of our programs. Merv oversees our coach facilitator faculty and currently facilitates some of our corporate deliveries. Merv has been instrumental in course development and brings his rich knowledge and skills to many of our programs. In 2022, Merv marked 12,863 hours of coaching!

Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC, CEC
Chief Cultural Executive
Carolyn's primary role centers on ensuring organizational alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values, as well as adherence to the ICF's Code of Ethics and Core Values. She brings over two decades as CEO of her own business, certification as an Executive Coach through Royal Roads University, and a decade-long tenure in the Canadian Federal Government. Since 2024, Carolyn has also served as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
