Program Overview

The Fast Track from ACC to PCC Program is a focused, ICF Level 2 accredited certification path designed for coaches who have already completed Level 1 training and are ready to advance to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

Over the course of 5 months, you’ll build on your existing experience with advanced modules in coaching presence, mentor coaching, personal development, performance evaluation, and exam preparation.

This hybrid learning experience includes live sessions, peer coaching, 1:1 mentoring, and self-paced components—offering both structure and flexibility. By the end, you’ll have fulfilled all education and mentor coaching requirements to apply for your PCC credential.
