Who can participate in the referral program?+
Everyone is welcome to refer. You don't need to be a current or past student of Coaching Out of the Box®, if you know someone who'd benefit from our programs, you're eligible to earn rewards.
What do I get for referring someone?+
For every person you refer who enrolls in an eligible program, you receive $100 in store credit toward any Coaching Out of the Box® program or course. Your credit accumulates over time and never expires.
What does the person I refer get?+
When they enroll through your referral, they receive a $50 store credit toward their program, a warm welcome to the community.
How do I refer someone?+
Simply complete the referral form on this page. Once submitted, our team tracks your referral and handles the rest.
When do I receive my store credit?+
After the person you refer enrolls and completes payment in full. Your $100 store credit is typically added to your account within 30 days of their confirmed enrollment.
Does my store credit expire?+
Never. Your credit stays in your account for whenever you're ready to use it, and it accumulates with every successful referral, so you can build it up over time.
How does the person I refer receive their discount?+
It's applied when they enroll through your referral, no promo code needed. Their $50 credit comes off their qualifying program.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?+
No limits. Refer as many people as you'd like, and earn $100 in store credit for every qualified enrollment.
How can I use my store credit?+
Your credit can be applied toward eligible Coaching Out of the Box® programs and courses, your next certification level, continuing education, or any qualifying purchase. Just let our team know when you're ready to redeem.
What if the person I refer doesn't enroll?+
If they don't enroll, no reward is issued, but you're always welcome to refer someone else.

Program Sponsor: Coaching Out of the Box® (COTBx) by International Coaching Group
1. Eligibility
The Refer and Earn Program ("Program") is open to anyone who wishes to refer a prospective student, including current and past Coaching Out of the Box® students, alumni, and members of the public. The referred individual must be a new prospective student who has not yet enrolled in or paid for a Coaching Out of the Box® program.
2. Rewards
For each qualified referral who enrolls in an eligible program (FastTrack Level 1 or Level 2) and completes payment in full, the referrer receives $100 in store credit, and the referred student receives a $50 store credit toward their program. Store credit is redeemable toward eligible Coaching Out of the Box® programs and courses.
3. Store Credit Terms
Store credit does not expire and accumulates across multiple successful referrals. Credit is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit may be applied toward qualifying purchases as determined by Coaching Out of the Box®.
4. How to Refer
Submit referrals through the official referral form, clearly identifying both the referrer and the referred party. Multiple referrals are permitted. The referrer confirms they have the referred party's consent to share their contact information.
5. Reward Issuance
Store credit is issued after the referred party's enrollment and full payment are confirmed, typically within 30 days. Credit is added to the referrer's account for future use.
6. Restrictions and Limitations
No retroactive credit is issued. Referrals are valid only for prospective students who have not yet completed payment; referrals submitted after the referred party has paid are not eligible. Mass, automated, or manipulative referral tactics disqualify participation. Coaching Out of the Box® reserves the right to modify or end the Program at any time.
