Gail’s vision for Executive Coaching is “creating that trusting relationship, between two people committed to working collaboratively in a heartfelt and meaningful way to create new possibilities and enhanced performance.” Great coaches are thoughtful, deliberate and intentional and dance on the edge of hard with heart.
For me it’s simple. It’s all about people and potential. I love partnering with clients to ask them to take the deep breath and do the “deep dive” to explore. Tapping into potential and moving toward enhanced personal and professional effectiveness is not for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of openness, hard work, requires readiness and is risky. “It’s about taking the time to do the tough work that calls on our capacity to fully show up, with heart, to create the conditions for success in ourselves and others.” It’s life changing. Change starts with the first conversation.
