Carletha has extensive experience as a senior Human Resources professional, having worked as a senior manager at a Fortune 500 financial services institution. She is a champion of women’s empowerment and advancement strategies.

Carletha is a Professional Certified Life Coach, Life Coach Trainer, and an ordained Minister. She is a published author of Lies You Accept that Keep You Stuck (International Best Seller), and Postcards from My Walk with God.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling. She is certified as a Master Life Coach through Transformation Academy, as a Life Coach through Life Purpose Coaching Centers International, and Coaching Out of the Box (International Coaching Group, Inc.).
