Two of Jackie’s values are quality and learning, and she brings this to everything she does.  For the past decade she has had the privilege of working on change management and quality improvement initiatives in Saskatchewan’s health care system.  This has included primary health care, electronic medical records, medical imaging, strategic planning, benefits realization, as well as many other small projects throughout the system.  In addition to her work in healthcare, she has worked in a variety of sectors, including biotechnology, non-profit, retail and post-secondary education, and is also a licensed ColourSpectrums facilitator.

Coaching is a natural extension of her education and experience.  She loves being able to empower people to improve their lives at work and at home.  She is an experienced facilitator and a patient and respectful trainer.  The areas she enjoys coaching the most are leadership, career transition and personal growth.  Jackie will also tell you that the coach approach has been instrumental in progressing her career outside of coaching, and she regularly uses a coach approach for resolving conflict and collaborating with stakeholders.
