After 23 years as an entrepreneur and corporate executive, Marnie found her passion in behavioral science guiding CEOs in building people-centered organizations that achieve peak performance while fostering employee fulfillment. This enables organizations to attract and retain top talent and create a culture where people love where they work!

Marnie is a certified Executive Coach, having completed the Graduate Program in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University in Canada. She is also trained in multiple workplace psychometric systems and is now completing a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development.
