Shawna has spent the last twenty years developing people through mentoring and coaching in a Fortune 50 company. Her passion is helping others discover their God-given gifts and applying them in the workplace and throughout their designed life. She excels in building virtual communities that support learning. Shawna is the Chair of the ICF’s Internal Coaching Special Interest Group.
