When Kelly Noble decided to transition out of law and into coaching, she wasn’t abandoning a profession, she was answering a deeper calling. With over a decade of experience in legal services, talent development, and higher education, Kelly had worked with hundreds of professionals seeking clarity in their careers. But to build something of her own? That required a different kind of clarity, one she would find through coaching education.
Today, she’s the founder of Trencadis Coaching, a coaching practice built for people exactly like her: purpose-driven, experienced professionals ready to redesign their work and life with intention.

From Law to Leadership: A Career Rooted in Reinvention
Kelly’s career path spans law, leadership coaching, talent management, and higher education. She most recently led an 11-person coaching team and served over 1,600 working professionals and MBA students at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Her ability to lead teams, manage large-scale career development programs, and coach with insight positioned her as a respected talent leader and coach.
When she stepped into formal coaching education through The International Coaching Group, Kelly was ready to professionalize her coaching practice and launch her own business.
