After great effort and hard work, we're very excited and proud to announce that Coaching Out of the Box® has been approved as a Level 1 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coaching Education Provider.
The ICF provides Coaching Education Accreditation to Coach Education providers. ICF-accredited education organizations must complete a rigorous review process and demonstrate that their curriculum and the organization align with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and meets the highest industry standards.
How does this benefit you? Before our Level 1 accreditation, students that went through the Coaching Out Of The Box® Fast Track to ICF Credential program were only awarded 68 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education. Now they get 116.9!
All Programs in the Fast Track to ICF Credential package are part of our Coach Approach to Leadership Series™ which is approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Level 1 Program and participants are awarded 116.9 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education.
As a result of our new Level 1 designation, starting January 1st 2023, we have revamped our Fast Track series into two new programs; the Fast EDUCATION and the Fast EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION Track.
By completing the Fast EDUCATION students will be awarded 96 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education and a partial Level 1. Once a student has completed the Fast EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION Track to make up the whole Fast Track (FECT) they will have completed the approved coach-specific training hour requirements for the ICF Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC).

Coaching Out Of The Box® has created the Fast EDUCATION for those looking to obtain ICF-accredited coach-specific education hours. Part 1 FECT is designed for those who are not looking to pursue their ACC accreditation but who are looking to further their coach education and knowledge.

Module 3: Personal Groundwork for Coaching Program
Module 4: Advanced Coaching Skills Practicum

CERTIFICATION Track (ICF Level 1 Completion) Part 2 FECT
The Certification Track is a course that is specifically designed to take the guesswork out of applying for your ACC. This program has two modules:
Module 6: Credentialing Success Course
Module 7: Credentialing Assessment Prep Class (CAP)
Once finished, this will give you the full completion certificate of a Level 1 ICF Accredited Coaching Education Program along with 116.9 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education for segments 1 - 7 of the Coaching Out of the Box® Coach Approach to Leadership Series™ including passing the ACC performance evaluation assessment.
