In February 2017 I began the Fast Track to ICF Credential.  Each instructor I encountered was gifted, kind, skilled, wonderful and patient. Coaching Out of the Box^® has an amazing program that I would recommend to anyone looking to pursue coaching. It has been life changing both professionally and personally. We are expanding our coaching program within our institution and will be enrolling more of our staff soon so that we can grow and expand the coaching culture even further.  Thank you Alison and team for an amazing experience!
