This mentoring program fulfills the one-on-one mentoring coaching requirement set by the ICF for candidates seeking credentialing at the ACC (Level 1), PCC (Level 2), or Portfolio paths, which must be completed before submitting their applications. This package can also be utilized for ICF credential renewals, allowing you to complete both group and individual mentor coaching in one convenient bundle.

Additionally, this program includes our Advanced Coaching Skills Practicum, which offers seven hours of group mentor coaching led by an ICF-credentialed coach.

Your one-on-one mentoring sessions will occur over six to ten weeks, with the entire mentoring process spanning a minimum of three months. We recommend scheduling your sessions every two weeks or less. This frequency allows you to receive feedback and adequately integrate it into your practice before the next coaching review.
