This mentoring program fulfills the ICF’s one-on-one mentoring coaching requirement for candidates seeking credentialing on the ACC (Level 1), PCC (Level 2), or Portfolio paths, which must be completed before submitting their applications. This package can also be utilized for ICF credential renewals, allowing you to complete both group and individual mentor coaching in one convenient bundle.

Additionally, this program includes our Advanced Group Mentor Coaching, which offers ten hours of group mentor coaching led by an ICF-credentialed coach.

Your one-on-one mentoring sessions will last six to ten weeks, with the entire mentoring process spanning at least three months. We recommend scheduling your sessions every two weeks or less. This frequency allows you to receive feedback and adequately integrate it into your practice before the next coaching review.
