Our expectation is that you honour the 5.5.5 materials, particularly the copyright laws, use correct copyright symbols and adhere to Intellectual property rights and standards.

You do not have our permission to change or alter the slides as given to you. The only obvious slides that you might change would the be an agenda slide, so it fits into the timeline for your program.

You may add your materials into the presentation. We ask you pay attention to standard copyright rules of our industry and of the ICF Code of Ethics. Using someone else’s copywritten materials inside your or our materials is not acceptable.

If this program is used as a piece of a larger program, all of our branding must remain intact, and participant materials must be purchased for each student.

We strongly suggest you deliver the content in the order the modules are laid out in the module-by-module we provided you.  The order has been designed to gradually step new learners through the material in a non-threatening and succinct way.

The DELT Licence Agreement needs to be renewed by me every three years.

The DELT License Agreement allows me to represent myself as an Associate of Coaching Out of the Box^® and I may advertise my other services under the Coaching Out of the Box^® logo and brand.

The DELT Licence Agreement grants me the permission to duplicate and photocopy the 5.5.5 Learning Guide to ONLY my students and no other parties.

The DELT Licence Agreement provides me business, liability, and mal-practice insurance up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence.

I am aware that our agreement specifies the License Trainer (LT) or Digitally Enhanced License Trainer (DELT) will purchase at least ONE hardcopy or ONE digital access Toolkit for EVERY participant involved in the programs they lead or run. The LT or DELT may purchase and re-sell these toolkits with a markup to their program participants without restrictions. It is unlawful to duplicate or electronically duplicate/distribute any of these materials for the purpose of re-distribution or re-sale.
