What's included in the price:

  • All Education needed and MORE for you to apply immediately for the ACC Credential
  • Coaching Education of 88.1 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education in 3 months, this includes all required group and one-to-one mentor coaching
    • Onsite learning: 2 weekends onsite in beautiful Langley, BC, Canada
    • Live Online: Personal Groundwork for Coaching and Advanced Coaching Practicum to be taken concurrently in a format to develop you as a coach
    • Assigned Advisor/Mentor Coach for the duration of the program, this includes 7 hours of 1:1 Mentoring with both verbal and written feedback to refine your coaching skills. PLUS and additional 15 hours of group mentor coaching
    • Opportunities to log live coaching experience hours towards the required 100 hours
  • Group orientation, meet & greet (online) with your faculty and fellow student-coaches.
  • Hotel transfers, transfers to and from your hotel to the venue
  • Group dinners
  • Coffee, snacks, lunch, and drinks for the duration of the in-person training
  • Welcome gift and package upon arrival
  • Hardcopy materials
  • PLUS an additional 20.7 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific online education guiding you to produce the final recording which is submitted for performance evaluation against the ICF Minimum Skills Requirements. This service includes this Performance Evaluation of your recording by an ICF trained Assessor, a unique live class to prepare for the final ICF Credentialing Exam AND we walk you through every step of the online ICF application for ACC credential.

Upon completion of this program, you will exit with 108.8 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education and an ICF Level 1 Completion Certificate. The only thing left before you apply to the ICF is to document up to 100 hours of your live coaching experience.

Onsite training structure:
  • 3-days onsite (2 full weekends)
    • Friday, 10 am - 6 pm PST (Friday evening group dinner)
    • Saturday, 8 am - 6 pm PST (Saturday evening group project)
    • Sunday, 9 am - 3 pm PST
