Coach Development Courses
Certified Diversity Coach
In this eight-week program, participants will learn and explore the roles that coaches must take in addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in every coaching exchange — adapting and evolving the coaches’ mindset and presence to their client’s needs.
The Business Builder Program for Coaches
This course goes beyond coaching skills to teach coaches how to build a sustainable external coaching business as either a part-time “side hustle” or as a full-time endeavour. During this six-week course, participants learn fundamental small business-building skills to start up and sustain a successful professional coaching business.
Credentialing Assessment Prep (CAP) Class
This program is designed to prepare coaches who will be applying for an International Coach Federation (ICF) Credential. As part of receiving an ICF Credential coaches will be required to successfully complete the ICF Credentialing exam (CE).
Mentor Coaching Family
Mentor Coaching is a requirement for an ICF Credential; one-on-one mentor coaching in this area focuses on feedback on coaching skills in a collaborative process to increase the coach’s capability in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
