Leading with Diversity

Designed for organizations in support of their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives. In this program with a flexible delivery schedule, participants will learn and explore the roles that leaders must take in addressing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in every feedback/interaction with employees and teams. The focus is on adapting and evolving the leader's mindset and presence to align with their employee’s needs.

Talk Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

This KEY NOTE address is recommended for individuals interested in learning more about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Participants will gain an understanding of DEIB and what it means to them, clear techniques on how to embrace diversity in every interaction, the language and terms needed for enhanced communication, and specific commitments to practice and apply in their everyday interactions. This key note is offered as either a 60-minute lecture, or a 90-minute highly interactive program with a mixture of lectures, exercises, and class participation.

Certified Diversity Coach Program

Designed for certified coaches.  This eight-week program, participants will learn and explore the roles that coaches must take in addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in every coaching exchange — adapting and evolving the coaches’ mindset and presence to their client's needs.

T3 for the Certified Diversity Coach

This program is key for all Certified Diversity Coaches who want to add to their business offerings. Become licensed to deliver THREE diversity programs to coaches as well as individuals and leaders. This is an opportunity to broaden your client base and to grow your business while also learning to work with teams and individuals in bringing awareness of DEIB as well as tools to use in every conversation.
