Program Structure

Our 1:1 Mentor Coaching Program satisfies the ICF one-on-one mentoring requirement — three personalized sessions with an ICF-credentialed coach, delivered over a minimum of three months to align with ICF standards.

What is Mentor Coaching?
According to the ICF, Mentor Coaching is a professional development process where an experienced coach provides constructive feedback and support — helping you improve in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. The focus is on skill enhancement and mastery, not learning new content.

Three Personalized Mentor Coaching Sessions
Each session is led by an ICF-credentialed coach and includes in-depth feedback, performance insights, and personalized guidance. We recommend one session every two weeks to allow time to apply feedback between sessions.
Performance Review
Recording Review & Performance Feedback
Receive expert evaluation of your coaching recordings aligned with ICF Core Competencies, helping you understand exactly where you are and what to refine before your Performance Evaluation.
ICF Requirement
Fulfills the ICF One-on-One Mentoring Requirement
This program fully satisfies the 3-hour individual mentor coaching requirement for ACC (Level 1), PCC (Level 2), and Portfolio path credentialing candidates.
