We’re so happy to welcome you to the Community of Practice – a supportive space designed to help you practice your coaching skills, connect with peers, and accumulate experience hours toward your ICF credential. This course is your go-to place for everything related to the sessions: links, tips, templates, and more.

What You’ll Get as Part of This Community
- Weekly live coaching sessions on Zoom
- A chance to coach, be coached, and learn together
- The opportunity to log paid coaching hours toward your ACC or PCC credential
- Ongoing guidance, structure, and encouragement from your coaching community
This is a supportive space where you can show up as you are, build your confidence, and grow your skills with fellow coaches-in-training.
💡 Because you’re exchanging coaching with another committed participant, this is considered a paid session by ICF standards—even if no money is exchanged. Your time has value, and so does theirs.
You’ll have two ways to practice in this Community:
Community of Practice Weekly Sessions — live, one-hour calls where you coach and are coached. Partners are assigned randomly, and while we do our best to match everyone, occasionally a participant may not be paired on a given day.
Community of Practice Directory — a listing to arrange additional practice sessions. You may hold multiple sessions (including with different Student Coaches/Clients) to deepen your practice.
Recording Eligibility

Recordings from Directory sessions may be submitted for your ICF Performance Evaluation only if you have conducted multiple sessions with the same Student Client and the client genuinely entered the relationship seeking to be coached.
Recordings can also support Learning Partner (LP) and Mentoring requirements.
