Your path to PCC — education, practice, and professional-level coaching skills across eight ICF Core Competencies.
Like any profession, coaching follows a progressive journey from beginner to expert. You've already met the education requirements for ACC. Now you're here to grow into PCC.
Think of an electrician: they start as an Apprentice, advance to Journeyman, and ultimately qualify as a Master. Coaching follows the same progressive path.
- A minimum of 500 coaching hours
- Submission of an application to ICF for credentialing
- Passing the ICF Credential Exam
