President

Pablo Leites, ACC, is an experienced entrepreneur and coaching professional with a strong background in business operations, leadership, and student development. As President of ICG, he supports the entire team to ensure students and corporate clients are serviced at the highest level. Whether building systems or jumping into peer coaching sessions, Pablo is committed to delivering excellence across every touchpoint.

MERV ROGERS, MCC

Chief Coaching Officer

Merv Rogers, MCC is our Chief Coaching Officer and not only brings his passion for people but his love of coaching. You might find Merv as your substitute coach facilitator during one of our programs. Merv oversees our coach facilitator faculty and currently facilitates some of our corporate deliveries. Merv has been instrumental in course development and brings his rich knowledge and skills to many of our programs. In 2022, Merv marked 12,863 hours of coaching! Merv, you are our rockstar!

LERAE GIDYK, MCC

Director of Certification

A pioneer in the coaching profession since 1999, Lerae Gidyk, MCC is the Director of Certification at Coaching Out of the Box®. Lerae’s work in the coaching industry is inspired by a mission to support coaches to be successful and support the growth of the coaching industry while creating positive sustainable change in the world one conversation at a time.

YEDDA STANCIL, PCC

Chief Growth Officer

Yedda plays a key role in our enrolment process as an Enrollment Coach and a graduate of the International Coaching Group’s Fast Track to ICF Credential program. She earned her PCC credential. With a strong background in leadership and business consulting, she guides new students through their coaching journey, ensuring they feel supported and informed from the start. Yedda’s commitment to fostering inclusive and diverse environments empowers individuals to align their personal growth with professional success, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

CAROLYN HAMILTON-KUBY, PCC

Chief Cultural Executive

Carolyn’s primary role centers on ensuring organizational alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values, as well as adherence to the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Code of Ethics and Core Values. She brings a wealth of leadership experience to the position, drawing from over two decades as CEO of her own business, her certification as an Executive Coach through Royal Roads University, and a decade-long tenure in the Canadian Federal Government, where she held multiple leadership roles at the local, regional, and national levels within Human Resources.

Since 2024, Carolyn has also served as a member of the Harvard Business Review (HBR) Advisory Council, further reinforcing her role as a global thought leader and subject matter expert in the coaching industry. In addition to her coaching expertise, she offers valuable strengths in adult education and internal auditing.

A lifelong humanitarian, Carolyn is deeply committed to fostering diversity, promoting inclusivity, and advancing workplace wellness. Her multifaceted expertise and passion position her as a vital contributor to the organization’s strategic and cultural initiatives.

Operations Manager

Stefanie is the driving force behind the seamless operation of The International Coaching Group on a day-to-day basis. Her responsibilities span from managing course administration and scheduling to overseeing marketing efforts and everything in between. Stefanie takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction is at its peak. Despite her impressive capabilities, Stefanie leads a team that works together harmoniously to ensure all aspects of the company function smoothly each day.

Lucy is a vital part of the operations team, coordinating the administrative and logistical support that keeps our classes and programs running smoothly. She ensures that everything is prepared and aligned behind the scenes, helping create a seamless and organized experience for students, faculty, and staff. With her proactive approach and strong commitment to operational excellence, Lucy plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day success of our programs.

ANGIE CASTANEDA, MBA

Marketing Coordinator

Angie is a vital member of our team, excelling in both the creative and administrative areas. Her creativity and organizational skills ensure that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. As a native Spanish speaker, Angie also provides invaluable language support, helping us connect and communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients and team members.

Alison Hendren, MCC

As an Executive Coach and Coaching Educator since 1996, Alison has seen the transformative power of coaching in maximizing the full potential of people. Passionate about what coaching can do and how it can affect every aspect of how we live, work, and communicate, Alison’s vision is that EVERYONE learns how to coach.

To realize that vision, she created Coaching Out of the Box®, and in that time over 55,000 people in 38-plus countries have experienced the Flagship 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training Program™. She has been at the forefront of embracing technology as another way for people to learn coaching via robust virtual classrooms since 2008.

A coach since 2004, Ann partners with talented executives and people in transition who are dissatisfied with their current level of success and are looking for “something more.” Her practice includes clients from a wide variety of backgrounds at all levels of professional seniority and has a designed focus on increasing personal development, managing career development, and honing leadership skills. All three areas arise as part of one’s professional capacity and she believes a cohesive approach works best to ensure her clients are best equipped to assess and make choices that will be of most benefit. “Ann doesn’t just listen to the words you say but also listens for the feelings and energy behind them. In doing so she can ask thought-provoking questions, offer insight, and give observations that support you in creating new awareness and ultimately options for positive change.”

Debbie Crouse the founder of Danest Enterprises, is an MCC-certified coach, a seasoned speaker, a dynamic training facilitator, and a professional mentor coach. Her approach to both business and life is deliberately strategic yet simple. Recognized by those familiar with her, Debbie coaches in alignment with her lifestyle—marked by curiosity, courage, and compassion in how she lives, works, and plays. Dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming self-imposed obstacles, her passion lies in helping them flourish into competent, respected, and joyful superstars who approach each day with enthusiasm.

Master Certified Coach (MCC)

Jan is a master certified coach, team coach, and coach educator with over 35 years of experience in the corporate and public sectors. She works with CEOs, executives and leaders to leverage their strengths, understand their blind spots and focus on their North Star. She has been a Vistage CEO Chair and the co-founder of Leaders Who Coach®. To support the over 1100 leaders who learned to coach through an evidence-based method, she recently published Leaders Who Coach: The Road Map To Unleashing Team Genius. She also integrates her background in cross cultural communication and emotional intelligence to enable her clients to thrive. Jan is known for being a warm, supportive and challenging mentor coach for professional coaches seeking to reach their next level.

Marc works at the intersection of leadership, conversations, and education. Marc spends every day thinking about how we can use conversations to create leaders that are more engaging, people-centered, and inspiring. Marc has been recognized and acknowledged for his innovative approaches to connecting people and organizations to the purpose of their work. Marc has an insatiable curiosity, an entrepreneurial and learning mindset, and an ability to see the possibilities through the connection of ideas, people, and conversation. His creative spirit and global experiences bring fresh ideas which help to shake up our relevance and life!

MIRIAM CHEUK

Master Certified Coach (MCC)

Miriam has been a Professional Coach since 2007 and is the founder of Empowerment Coaching MC LLC. She maintains the Master Certified Coach (MCC) Certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a specialization in Leadership, Executive, and Life Coaching. She works as an internal and external coach in many different industries including banking, Information Technology, start-ups, and large corporations. She is also an experienced trainer for topics like coaching, mindset, teamwork, cross-cultural communication, positive intelligence, and leadership. Miriam is a Mentor Coach and enjoys supporting others in becoming the coaches they desire to be in alignment with ICF coaching competencies. Miriam coaches with laser focus and great depth, bringing her warm style of strong support and commitment to helping the client move forward!

NIGEL CLAYTON

Master Certified Coach (MCC)

Nigel has been a business coach for over 25 years mostly working with small entrepreneurial business owners, and also owned his own C.P.A. firm for 31 years working with the same entrepreneurs. Nigel has also coached MBA students at Denver University and Leadership students at the University of Colorado. Being a Masterful Coach is not about just learning the core competencies and following them as though you are completing a to-do list. Being Masterful is about Focus and Awareness, Inside and Out. Being Masterful is about being Authentic, Intuitive, Skillful, and Masterful all at the same time.

NICOLE BEAUREGARD

Master Certified Coach (MCC)

Nicole is a Master Certified Coach, mentor coach, facilitator, and educator with over 25 years of leadership experience in the corporate and public sectors. She works with executives and leaders throughout North America primarily in the healthcare, engineering, and tech industries. She coaches individuals and teams and mentors coaches helping them to create the best impact in their fields. Nicole holds an MSc from Kings College, London, and is a PhD candidate.
