Carolyn holds a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation from Royal Roads University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Since 2018, Carolyn has been a Coach Educator/Facilitator and Mentor Coach with Coaching Out of The Box® and a Licensed Trainer of the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ since 2009.
Carolyn co-owns and co-delivers three ICF CCE-approved programs, including the Become A Mentor Coach certification program.
Recognized as a Thought Leader on Coaching Competencies by the ICF since 2017, she also received an Honorary Mention in the Professional Coach category of the 2024 ICF Coach Impact Awards.
