No prior coaching experience or prerequisites are required. What is the 5.5.5™ Coaching Model?+

The 5.5.5™ Coaching Model is our proprietary, real-world framework that turns everyday conversations into breakthrough results by moving past dense academic theories. It gives you three simple, integrated tools: a 5-step process to guide any conversation from start to finish, 5 core skills to elevate your active listening, and a 5-part mindset shift that keeps you firmly in a supportive coaching role rather than just handing out advice.

What is the weekly time commitment and format?+

The program runs for 8 consecutive weeks with one live, interactive 90-minute Zoom session per week, awarding you 16 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours. Led by our ICF-credentialed faculty, every class focuses heavily on real-time, hands-on practice. There are no heavy assignments, most of your learning and practice happens dynamically right inside the classroom.

How much does it cost, and what are the payment plans?+

The standard tuition is $1,645 USD, with automatic Early Bird savings frequently applied at checkout. To keep your enrollment accessible, we offer flexible, interest-free payment plans so you can spread the investment across the duration of the course with zero extra fees. For Canadian registrants, the system will automatically display and process your tuition in CAD at checkout.

Can I take this on its own, or does it count toward an ICF credential?+

Both! Many leaders and professionals take this course strictly as a standalone professional development tool to become more impactful communicators. However, if you eventually decide to pursue a full credential, your 16 CCE hours and core training transfer directly into our FastTrack ACC Certification pathway—ensuring none of your time or investment goes to waste.
