Comprehensive Path to ICF ACC Certification: FAST Education and Certification TRACK
The Fast Track to ICF Credential program bundles two crucial parts — FAST Education and Certification TRACK. Together these cover the education hours, mentor coaching, and performance evaluation required to earn an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
FAST Education provides the necessary ICF-approved Coach-Specific Education hours. Additionally, it includes 7 hours of Group Mentor Coaching and 3 hours of one-on-one Mentor Coaching. Typically, this program can be completed in about six months.
Certification TRACK provides the guidance to obtain the required 100 hours of documented coaching experience. However, it also focuses on the creation of a recording and transcript of your coaching to one of our ICF-trained Assessors, which is essential for the Performance Evaluation submission. First, we help you fill in the detailed online application. Then, we assist with the complete submission to the ICF
Certification Benefits of our Fast Track Program
Completion of our Fast Track to ICF Credential program provides 116.9 hours of ICF Accredited Coach-Specific Education. In addition, you will receive a designation of having completed an ICF Level 1 Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), which is needed to apply for your credential.
