Betty is a leadership facilitator, trainer and coach. She is a licensed trainer with Coaching Out of the Box^® and certified LEADS Coach and Facilitator. She is passionate about seeing individuals, teams and organizations achieve their highest potential and lead boldly. Betty is an internal change agent who is proud to have led the implementation of a coaching culture in a large healthcare organization, Saskatoon Health Region, which was awarded the PRISM award by Saskatchewan Chapter of the ICF in 2016. She is the inaugural project lead for the Saskatchewan Leadership Program which has embedded coaching skills for leaders as a core competency.
