I currently hold the role of Regional Manager, Recruitment, Organization Development and Engagement with Northern Health. My career in Northern Health began in 2003 as Project Management Office Coordinator in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Department and transitioned to Manager of ITS Corporate Services in 2005. I hold a Provincial Instructor Diploma with significant experience and coursework related to adult education. In 2009 I received my Masters in Classical Leadership from Royal Roads University: my thesis was based on developing and implementing a People Plan in Northern Health ITS. I have been trained as a Northern Health engagement leader, an internal coach, and am qualified to facilitate Strength Deployment Inventory seminars. My personal philosophy on interpersonal relationships includes engaging in and encouraging authentic interactions while building the capacity of awareness – of both self and others, to “trust the process”, and “build the bridge as I walk on it”. For me, coaching is the “ultimate grow light” for both coach and coachee.
