Tanya is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF who has a deep commitment to connect and co-create impactful change within leaders and organizations to assist them in accelerating target goals. Through her coaching, she deftly builds trust and consistently gets results.
In her work, Tanya has been engaged on an individual basis with leaders in similarly diverse sectors and in a variety of levels. The importance of leadership development, culturally inclusivity and equity in order to foster and sustain cultures of relationships and positive role modeling weave into her coaching conversations.
At the heart of Tanya’s career, she has primarily worked in the traditional territories of the Kwanlin Dün, and Ta’an Kwach’an Council, as well as the Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Kluane First Nation, Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation, Ross River First Nation, Selkirk First Nation, Teslin Tlingit Council, Tr’ondek Hwech’in First Nation, Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation, and White River First Nation.
She has post graduate coach training in the Executive Coaching program (CEC) at Royal Roads University as well as training in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Total Strengths Deployment Inventory, LEADS 360, Personality Dimensions.
A person with a deep passion for health and well-being, Tanya pursues an active lifestyle. She enjoys power walking, kayaking, fishing, cooking and biking with her husband, three grown children and friends amidst the natural beauty of the Yukon and Vancouver Island.
