She has a Master's degree in Education, Educational Psychology from Dalhousie University; a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and is trained as a Coach in the LEADS Health Leadership Capability Framework. As well, she possesses an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto; and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from St. Mary’s University.
