Carla Hurley

Carla is an independent Human Resources and Change Management Consultant with 30 years experience in leading people, programs, and systems. From delivering front-line service to leading operational teams to divisional strategic leadership, she has championed program development, service delivery, and organizational transformation within the insurance, health, and safety sectors. A human-centered leader with the ability to move fluidly between strategy and tactical implementation, she combines business acumen with credentials and experience in human resources, coaching, project management, and change leadership to enable leaders and organizations to excel. Carla’s thoughtful, collaborative, and practical approach is highly regarded and
sought after.

Carla is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and Prosci Change Management certified. She has a Master’s degree in Education, Educational Psychology from Dalhousie University; a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and is trained as a Coach in the LEADS Health Leadership Capability Framework. As well, she possesses an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto; and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from St. Mary’s University.
