Susan is pleased to be a faculty member of the ICG where she holds various roles including: Course Instructor, Mentor Coach, Performance Evaluator for credentialing, Learning and JumpStart Partner.
In addition to her role at ICG, Susan is the CEO and Founder of Authentika Consulting and Authentika Psychotherapy, where she leads an executive coaching practice focused on leadership development, coaching, and recruitment—primarily within the public sector. In addition, she maintains a private psychotherapy practice and is a registered psychotherapist listed on Psychology Today.
A lifelong learner and credentialed professional, Susan holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). She is also an internationally accredited advanced assessment practitioner and an evidence-based coach.
With over 30 years of experience, Susan has built a diverse career spanning coaching and consulting across Human Resources, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Entrepreneurship, Productivity, Mindfulness, and Wellness. She partners with organizations in both the public and private sectors to help individuals and teams clarify their goals and implement strategies to realize their full personal and professional potential. Her approach is rooted in connection, authenticity, and courage.
