Teresa is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with a Master of Arts (MA) in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University. She began her career as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) and this helped to shape her view of the world through a holistic lens.
Over the past 25 years she has worked extensively in healthcare in a range of clinical, education and leadership roles. She has led executive and front-line cross-functional teams on provincial-wide transformational change initiatives and is an experienced facilitator of coaching and leadership development programs. She is a co-recipient of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Prism Award recognizing coaching excellence in organizations and since 2010 she has been an active participant in the ICF Coach Giving program that supports The Minerva Foundation.
Teresa’s nursing and leadership journey has brought her full circle to realizing her true passion, that is, the work that feeds her soul and focuses on supporting individuals to reach new levels of personal and professional mastery through coaching.
Her practice is learning-centered and she incorporates mindfulness and strengths-based approaches in her work with clients.
Teresa helps leaders to become masterful communicators and relationship builders in order to transform their workplaces into empowered, high-performing communities of collaboration.
